Ok, so skating is not your thing. Playing hockey or twirling around on figure skates does not interest your group. Well Gateway Ice Center has just the thing. 
Good ol' fashioned broomball. Broomball is a great way to come out, have some fun, get some exercise and build some camaraderie in your group. You do not need to be the worlds next star athlete to play broomball. It is played on tennis shoes and in just normal street clothes. We supply the balls and the brooms. The net used is just a hockey net. Your group can be as few at 15 or 20 or up to 100 or more if you rotate teams. Broomball is a great outing for any group, fraternity, sorority, religious, birthdays or whatever kind of group you may have. Broomball is not played on skates. Regular tennis shoes are worn and the ice is "cut up" enough so what you are not running around on slick ice.
